    Boil pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

    Blister tomatoes in olive oil.

    Add garlic, then crush tomatoes.

    Stir in cashew cream and nooch with a splash of pasta water.

    Toss pasta in the sauce. Top with basil.

Notes & substitutions

Soak cashews 1 hour, then blend with water to make cashew cream.
